I am a 14 year old teenage mother. My partner got me pregnant and we decided to keep the baby. He is currently a month old, but shows early signs of dwarfism, and is a polydactyl. The medical costs are skyrocketing, and I don't think I will be able to afford it.

There is not really anything you can do besides get as many jobs as you can get to support the poor child. Remember, you got yourself into this and now you have to take responsibility. Your first priority should be your child. If your boyfriend you then you are going to have to raise your kid alone. You can do it.
other teens can use you as an example of what not to do, these are things you think about before they occur. this is life after mistakes learn from them and move on,you have a child to take care of, just because your boyfriend left you don't excuse him from doing his part as a father,you need to get your heads together with counseling and family to come up with solutions on what you can do to get through this.
There is free health insurance in almost every state that I know of. Look the one in your state up. You are probably more than qualified like for instance in Massachsuetts there is masshealth. Thats actually what I have due to I am also a teen mother and know how difficult things can get. Though I am not as young as you are.
