Girls... who are good at giving teenage things advice?

i dont want boys answering this.... i have two questionss.

one about periods.... i know this is really embarresing and disgusting but the blood when i have my period usually comes out in lumps.. sometimes black. what is it? is it normal? any suggestions?

question 2 is about matees and lads kindov.... one of my mates at my dancing class is really nice but is a total pervert and wont leave me alone.. i dont think shes a lesbian... just a pervert.. i dont want to tell her because im not best best friends with her but i want to keep away from her coz i dont like it what she does.. any ideas?Girls... who are good at giving teenage things advice?
1. It is normal, unless it doesn't hurt you too much. If your cramps are too painful or when the lumps (clots) come ut, they come to the point to be HURTful, then you should go visit a doctor. Otherwise, if it is only ';disgusting'; to look at it, then try wearing tampons.

2. Just ignore her; tell your mom someone is molesting you at dance class, also tell your teacher. If she's not your friend, tell on her, that's not nice, shes harrassing you.

Question 1: I don't know how old you are, but usually when people first start their period, it is really funky like that. The lumps may be the lining of your uterus. I would talk to your mom about it or schedule an appointment with an OB GYN. That really helped me out because I ended being diagnosed with some painful conditions that are now controlled because of medication.

Question 2: I would talk to your teacher and explain you are feeling uncomfortable. You don't have to give specifics, but see if there is a way you can be moved or something so you aren't in so many awkward situations.
First of all, don't ever refer to your period as gross or disgusting, and don't ever let a guy make you think that way either. You're going to have it for the better part of your life, and you're going to get over it, so you might as well start now.

When you first start, and even later on, you sometimes start out w/ brown-looking menstrual blood. Sometimes lumps look black because they're just thick. It's all normal.

Just because someone has interest in sex doesn't make them a pervert. Maybe I don't know your friend...?
Your period is quite normal. Don't worry.

Not sure what you mean by ';pervert'; but if it bothers you that much, try to brush it off. If you've been doing that and it doesn't work, totally ignore it. If THAT doesn't work, you need to speak with her about it and tell her that you'd appreciate her toning it down around you.
its normal. i think that happens to ever girl. just punch her in the face right in the nose. body build and get strong for your own self defence. also tell the teacher but seriously hit her in the nose really hard. and punch her in the face. let others see you do it too. then they will finally get the idea that you dont like her. kick her really hard in the face, knock her down and beat her up.. now this wont be possible if shes strong and no one might take you seriouslly, that why u gota be strong too. also tell your friends to help u beat her up , im sure you've alredy told her to stop, once she dont lisetn this is the next step.
About the period thing, it's totally normal. The first time I had it I was a bit worried but yeah it's normal.

About the lesbian thing, why don't you try talking about guys and see what her response is? However if this doesn't work just politly ask her to back off.

Good Luck!

Hey when i have my period too i get those ';clumps'; too. i perfectly normal. But i only really feel them when i'm using pads. If i were you and didn't like that and thought it was disgusting maybe trying using tampons if you don't already. It dosen't make them go away, but you can feel them when they come out with other bloody dishcarge and you don't have to see them when you're changing your pad or wiping when you pee.

And about that girl if i were you i'd pull her aside and tell her she's making you uncomfortable, that's what i would do because you're not making a big deal about it or embarassing her infront of other people.

good luck!!! = )
