Teenage vegan advice?

Hi :) I'm a fourteen year old about to be vegan and I've done lots of research on veganism, etc but I have a couple more questions before the big day.. Do I need to take any vitamins? Which ones? What are some snacks/ meals that are super easy and yummy? Any overall advice or tips for the start of my vegan lifestyle? ( I know that sounds cheesy :p ) thanks!Teenage vegan advice?
I started the being vegan about a year ago, and at first, it was a little hard because so many foods these days have dairy in them!





So, after a week being vegan I just decided to be a vegetarian, it was so much easier.


And once you get used to being vegetarian at first, then you can ease yourself into becoming a vegan.








But I do recommend Morningstar's products.





They are so good!


I really like the Grillin' Prime Burgers.


The Mini Corn Dogs.


Chick'n Nuggets.


And my favorite, the buffalo wings.





And they're all vegan (except the burgers)

you do need to drink soymilk or almond milk for the b12 or a B complex.


for a quik and easy snack have smartdogs on a hot dog bun with onions and mustard.





if you can get follow your heart mozzarella from whole foods melt it at 450 degrees or broil it onto a pizza bagel or pizza dough

its not good to be a vegan because instead of giving ur body natural protein and vitamins ur giving it pills.and ur gonna eat man made foods in a lab.
